Her background combines hands-on shop ownership and leadership with professional experience in business operations, giving her a practical understanding of what it takes to build a profitable, well-run company. Today, Kim serves as Head Coach for TORQUE, helping independent shop owners strengthen their financial understanding, leadership, systems, and operational fundamentals.

My name is Jarrod Alexander i’ve been in the automotive industry for 25 years grew up in Flagstaff Arizona. A small town much like Fort Collins. I have always enjoyed working with my hands and figuring out how things work. In high school I took automotive welding metals and machine shop. When I graduated high school I attended universal technical Institute once graduated from there I received my ASE master technician and L1 certification along with Ford and GM certifications. I have always enjoyed working for shops that are family and operated. I’ve always enjoyed being able to know and take care of my customers in a very personal way. When I’m not working, I enjoy my family time with my wife and two kids. I enjoy hiking fishing shooting and working on my custom 1967 barracuda. I am proud to be on a new adventure of purchasing a shop and have become a shop owner and continuing to grow and educate myself more about the automotive industry.
